Chairman
Muhammad Mustapha Gambo Magaji is a seasoned banking professional, change management expert, and philanthropist with extensive experience in both public and private sectors. He is a Fellow of several esteemed institutions, including the Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC) and the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN). With a successful career in banking and as the founder of Powerpoint Consulting Firm Limited, Muhammad has demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic acumen. As Honourable Commissioner for Finance and Economic Development in Gombe State, he implemented impactful reforms that gained national recognition. Through MS Foundation, he champions initiatives in education, healthcare, infrastructure, and skill development, reflecting his unwavering commitment to community growth and progress. He also holds the traditional title of “Yeriman Dugge,” showcasing his dedication to his heritage and people.

Dr Amina Sambo - Magaji is a computing, academic & innovation professional with 20+ years of successful business transformation for organizations. Dr Sambo - Magaji holds a first-class degree in Computer Science from the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU), a Masters with Distinction and PhD (Artificial Intelligence) from the Robert Gordon University, Scotland. She has significantly contributed to the growth of the Nigeria technology Innovation and startup ecosystem through enabling policies, partnerships and building IT Talent.

Aliyu Alhassan is a professional accountant with ten years working experience in preparation and presentation of State Government Accountant General Report/Financial Statements and World Bank Assisted Project. He is holder of Bsc Accounting, Post Graduate Professional Diploma in Accounting and currently undergoing Masters of Science Degree Forensic Accounting. He has first hand experience in poverty alleviation and improvement of girls education, World Bank Assisted Projects.
